HAVE A QUESTION?
we've got answers.
Who are you and why should I choose you to capture my special event?

I would love for you to get to know more about me here! I have over four years of experience capturing weddings and events and have a consistent 5 star rating on Google, WeddingWire and Facebook! I provide nothing short of the best on a budget and always make sure my client's collections are PERFECT before sending them out! I judge my own work as if I were the one receiving it!

Can I customize the hours of coverage that I need?

Absolutely! Some events have an hourly coverage minimum depending on the time of year. You can see an hourly price scale for single shooter coverage here. Inquire with me so I can create a custom quote for you!
How long after my event will my photo collection be available and how is it delivered? Is my collection available on an online gallery/album?

I always write or refer to a specific date in my contract. Depending on how busy the time of year is, the photos are available between 30 days and 120 days after the event date (depending on the time of year and when you book). I always provide my photos digitally to my clients via a private linked Pic-Time Gallery. The link is shareable with all of your guests and lasts for one month, which allows you to review the photos, hide what you want and share the link with your guests. Another fabulous feature of Pic-Time is the ability to purchase prints, and items featuring your photos without having to download and upload them to another site!
How much of a deposit is required?

The deposit is half of the total contract value. The remaining half is due on the day of collection capture!
What is your cancellation / refund policy?

Deposits are required at the time of booking and are typically non-refundable. I own the company so I will always make an effort to accommodate extenuating circumstances and refund when possible. If you cancel 30+ days before your event date, you will not be responsible for the remainder of your contract. If you cancel 14+ days before your event, you will owe 50% of the remainder due. If you cancel within 14- days of your scheduled event, you will owe the total contract value due. Weather rescheduling discussed with the photographer are not inclusive to this refund policy.
Do you have liability insurance?

Absolutely! I will provide the proof of insurance to your venue should they request it.
If for some reason something comes up and you aren't able to shoot my wedding (for example an emergency or you get sick), do you have a back up plan/ back up photographer?

Being that I am a freelancer and not a studio, I can hire another freelancer in the instance there is some type of emergency. This instance has never occurred in the years I have been serving clients. Bear in mind this is also where the savings comes from when you hire a freelancer. I may not have 5 photographers on deck at my studio, but I also don't have the overhead costs that come with them and I pass that savings down to you.
